Close friend and Yoga instructor, Crystal asked if I would come snap some shots of her doing some yoga poses. So today I joined her after her classes for a quick photoshoot. Despite cracking each other up we got some really good stuff. Crystal has worked really hard to hone her craft and I think it shows. Not many of us can put ourselves into the contorted positions she does and live to tell about it. Love you Crys!
